Colette Jane Fehr

When I met Colette in 2023, I was immediately struck by her clarity.

So rare is it to meet someone who knows exactly what they want and is willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. She came to me through a client referral, and from the beginning, she was clear: she wanted to go all the way. To get her book published, speak in front of large audiences, and build a brand that reflected her story, her values, and the kind of impact she knew she was here to have.

Colette is a couples therapist based in Florida, and when we started working together, she was in the midst of a major personal and professional transformation. She had spent years working on a book about relationships—deeply rooted in her own lived experience—and was on a mission to share it with the world. She didn’t have an agent yet, but she was determined to find one.

I watched her put herself out there: attending events, joining Toastmasters, following up with people, showing up to every coffee date, every conversation, every opportunity.

While Colette led the bold, front-facing work, my role was to help her translate her vision into something tangible behind the scenes — something that could carry the weight of her story and the depth of her message.

Together, we worked on:
• Brand story development
• Website design and copywriting
• Creative direction for her photoshoot
• Messaging and tagline refinement
• Content strategy and editing
• Business offer development
• Marketing systems setup

Within a year of working together, Colette had landed a top literary agent, signed a Big Five book deal, booked a TEDx talk, and grown her social media following to over 20,000.

These results didn’t happen by chance—they were the product of strategic, intentional work. Colette was a force to be reckoned with. And together, we built a foundation that reflected her voice and vision, developed a clear content strategy, and set up the systems that allowed her to show up consistently, connect with her audience, and grow her platform in an authentic way.

Supporting Colette through this phase of her life has been a gift. She’s one of the most tenacious, self-aware, and visionary women I’ve had the privilege to work with. And while she’ll tell you she still experiences fear, you’d never know it. She moves forward anyway. In my mind, she’s fearless.

When you’re in Colette’s orbit, you can’t help but believe that something bigger is possible — for your relationship, your career, your life. And if you ask me? She’s just getting started.
