I’m a writer and storyteller at heart. I share personal stories on social media, but my favorite place to write is Substack, where I published my memoir Lonely Girl serially. And now, that story is heading to print. Lonely Girl will be available starting Friday, August 22, 2025, on Amazon.

Six years ago, I started helping others tell their stories, too. I created Personal Brand Accelerator, a community for creators who want to post with confidence, tell their stories, and grow their audience online.

I host the Personal Branding Podcast, where I talk to creators, entrepreneurs, and experts about what it really takes to build a personal brand.

If you’ve made it this far, I have a feeling you have a story to tell. Maybe you’re already telling it, and you just want to get better. Either way, here’s the best advice I can give:

Break all the rules.

And write.

Forget what they taught you in school. Forget the perfect strategy. Forget grammar, damnit. Just write — and more importantly, share your writing out loud. Post it. Publish it. Let people see you.

I dare you.
